GENERAL TERMS OF USE

We recommend reading these General Terms of Use carefully before using MVLFA services. By using MVLFA services, you fully accept these General Terms of Use. MVLFA offers a wide range of services, and additional terms and conditions may apply in certain cases. If there is a conflict between these General Terms of Use and specific Service Terms, the Service Terms shall prevail.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you use MVLFA services or send emails, text messages (SMS), or other communications from your computer or mobile device, you are communicating electronically. Communication may occur via email, SMS, or through messages posted on our website or other services.
Subject to any mandatory legal provisions, all contracts, notifications, policies, and other communications provided electronically shall be considered as written documentation, when required by law.

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content made available through MVLFA services, including texts, logos, images, audio files, digital downloads, and videos, belongs to MVLFA or its content providers. Such materials are protected by Italian and international copyright laws.

You may not systematically extract or reuse any part of the MVLFA services without explicit written consent. Specifically, you may not:

• Use data mining, robots, or similar tools to extract or reutilise any substantial part of MVLFA services.

• Create or publish a database containing substantial portions (e.g., product lists, pricing) of MVLFA services without our explicit written consent.

TRADEMARKS

The graphics, page headers, logos, fonts, and service names included in MVLFA services are trademarks or distinctive elements of MVLFA. These trademarks may not be used in connection with non-MVLFA products or services in any way that may cause confusion among customers or discredit MVLFA.

All trademarks not owned by MVLFA that appear on our services belong to their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with or sponsored by MVLFA.

LICENSE TO ACCESS MVLFA SERVICES

Subject to these General Terms of Use, MVLFA or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to access and use MVLFA services for personal use only.

This licence does not include:

❌ The right to collect and use product lists, descriptions, or prices.
❌ The right to download, copy, or extract information for the benefit of another retailer.
❌ The use of data mining, robots, or similar tools for acquiring or extracting data.

All rights not explicitly granted in these General Terms of Use remain the property of MVLFA or its licensors.

You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell MVLFA services or any part of them.

• Use framing techniques to enclose any MVLFA trademark, logo, or proprietary information (e.g., images, text, page layouts).

• Use MVLFA's name or trademarks in meta tags or hidden text without explicit written consent.

• Misuse MVLFA services in violation of applicable laws.

Violating these terms will result in the revocation of your access licence to MVLFA services.

PERSONAL ACCOUNT

Certain MVLFA services require an account. If you register, you must:

✔️ Keep your account details and password confidential.
✔️ Prevent unauthorised access to your computer or devices.
✔️ Take responsibility for all activities carried out using your account.

MVLFA reserves the right to terminate accounts or restrict access if:

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, AND USER CONTENT

By posting content, you grant MVLFA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute it. You also confirm that you own the rights to the content.

MVLFA reserves the right to remove or edit any content that violates these policies.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY VIOLATIONS

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated by any content on MVLFA services, please contact us at info@mvlfa.com with the subject line "Intellectual Property Violation Report".

LIABILITY

MVLFA strives to ensure uninterrupted access to services. However, due to the nature of the internet, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.

MVLFA is not liable for:

• Losses unrelated to a breach of these terms.

• Loss of business opportunities (e.g., profits, revenue, data, goodwill).

• Delays or failures caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on liability, so certain restrictions may not apply.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These General Terms of Use are governed by Italian law.
In case of disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Turin, Italy.

EXPORT CONTROLS

You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer any products (including software or digital goods) purchased via MVLFA to countries, individuals, or entities subject to sanctions or restrictions. This includes restrictions imposed by the:

• United States Government (Department of State, Treasury, Commerce)

Additionally, if you are personally subject to sanctions, you may not purchase any products or services from MVLFA.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES & TERMS

MVLFA reserves the right to:

• Modify MVLFA services, policies, and terms at any time.

• Introduce new products or services.

• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

The latest version of these General Terms of Use will apply at the time of service usage.

WAIVER

Failure by MVLFA to act in response to a violation of these General Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of the company's right to enforce its rights.

MINORS

MVLFA does not sell products to minors. Users under 18 years of age may only use MVLFA services with parental or guardian supervision.
